You might start there and/or check with the manufacturer's website, if you can find one. Didn't see any quick solutions and some of the links are now broken, but I only checked a few.
I did a Google search on 'Eas圜ap driver' and found links to lots of others who have had this same problem, starting a couple years ago. At the risk of insulting your intelligence, which I certainly do *not* intend.
